Negotiating terms: As an intermediary, she negotiates with lenders to obtain the best terms for her clients, including lower interest rates and favorable repayment terms.
Ongoing Monitoring and Support: Follows the progress of the loan application through to approval and disbursement, responding to customer questions and concerns. Even after obtaining the loan, Christiane remains available, offering advice on managing their mortgage and any future loans.
Christiane's services are free for residential clients unless the loan is from alternative or private lenders. For commercial loans, the fees are the responsibility of the customers.
